Emma Stone. Wow. What a super talented, beautiful, funny person.
Easy A is a good movie that effectively showcases Emma Stone's charm, quick whit, and all around star appeal. It also happens to showcase some clever writing, especially for those characters played by Patricia Clarkson and Stanley Tucci, both stalwart favorites of mine. They were odd, lovely, and hilarious.
As a side note on Stanley Tucci: I helped him shop for a baby gift (at the time, I worked for a French children's clothing boutique on Madison Avenue). He was possibly the most charming man I've ever met.
