Bored To Death, Loving It

I am loving the HBO series Bored to Death. It's funny, sharp, great looking, and well acted. Jason Schwartzman is perfect as Jonathan Ames, a struggling Brooklyn writer who moonlights as an unlicensed private detective. He's perfect. Impeccably, yet subtly dressed. His inflections are spot on. And he's adorable!

Zach Galifianakis is hilarious as the best friend-come-reluctant-sidekick who gets pushed around by his girlfriend and likes to eat ice cream sandwiches. He's also a very talented comic book artist. And lastly (though not least-ly), there's Ted Danson as Jonathan's boss. Perfect in a suit. It's great to watch him in this after watching seven seasons of Curb Your Enthusiasm this Winter. He's so good in both. And let's not forget Cheers.
